Case-processing time

The case-processing time varies, depending on the question we are assessing.

If we are only asked to make a statement on the degree of permanent injury, the typical case processing time will be 3-6 months from the date we register the claim.

If we are asked to assess permanent injury as well as loss of earning capacity, the typical case processing time will be 6-12 months.

In order to make a complete statement on a claim, it is important that we should gather sufficient information. This means that for each claim we gather information from for instance doctors, hospitals, employers and local authorities.
